Job SummaryThe Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing, developing, gathering and organizing information in response to sales, leadership, and stakeholder requests in support of growing the business. Collaborates with various levels of management/subject matter experts (SMEs) and with stakeholders within the company (i.e., VP of Sales, Sales Executives, Client Managers, Underwriters, etc.). Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, which includes responding to requests that are complete, accurate and timely. Primary areas of responsibility include support for RFP/UW/Proposals; selling support of the sales organization; reporting, analysis, and provide insights to leadership through monthly reporting packages or ad hoc requests; drive data quality standards with our Salesforce data through reporting and dashboard management and conducting data audits and governance; Support day-to-day management of Salesforce requests and act as a primary point of contact for requests from the sales and client management organizations. Work with sales leadership on initiatives and process improvements by leading projects (project management) define goals and scope, facilitate discussions to determine plans of action, inclusive of conducting facilitation of initiatives; process mapping, design, and implementation.
