In this role you will be responsible for attracting, retaining and developing a direct and indirect sales organization in the United States to drive profitable growth of products, services and solutions for the Mobile Surgery business.
Your role:
- This will include sales and service program execution, managing sales leadership and driving execution and accountability within the US, direct and indirect seller readiness and enablement, Business Unit (BU) Business Development Management and the marketing team to develop effective programs and promotions that sellers can leverage to increase sales.
- Developing and deploying strategies with operating plans for the sellers synchronized with the Mobile Surgery (MoS) /Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS)/and Procedural Solutions business and district/market objectives
- Defining sales requirements, responsibilities and duties; Sharing information and educating our sellers in strong collaboration with North America market; Hiring and onboarding sellers in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders; Setting annual targets and prepare joint business plan (= Business Marketing plan); Securing all Contract Management Processes are completed timely; Ensuring onboarding/termination of partners (= life cycle management) is done professionally and timely, developing commercial and go to market strategy and executing on sales requirements within the market
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry: driving market growth by channel development within the surgery domain; experience in the orthopedic segment a plus
- Your skills include a deep understanding of the Capital Equipment business, strategies and the surgery market; people and matrix management experience; strong business acumen skills
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in relevant area
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- You have a commercial mind-set and strategic thinking skills; ability to motivate and influence others; build and sustains relationships founded on trust and loyalty

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $286,250 to $330,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
