Responsibilities

Leads.io is on the search for a Sales Manager to complement our dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be expected to work with a hands-on working method, focused on coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high-producing sales team. Next to being responsible for the sales team, you will also formulate en execute monthly and quarterly sales plans. Working with the team on client meetings, presentations, and negotiations also sounds like you.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for managing the new business sales team of 4/5 professionals
  • Develop targeted customer lists in line with Leads.io ICP.
  • Attend trade shows throughout the year
  • Oversee the adoption of Discovery, Proposal, and negotiation processes that clearly identify the Leads.io DNA and experience
  • Oversee, maintain, and update the database in Salesforce and Outreach. Use our CRM to manage leads, action prospecting activities, and management of pipeline
  • Provide feedback to the BDR team on the opportunities created and work together with the BDR team lead
  • Identify individual and team training needs in collaboration with the Commercial Director
  • Execute on commercial targets, including building a collaborative culture with the team 
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
