Brown & Brown is Seeking a Sales Executive/Producer to join our growing team.
This role seeks out new accounts and service existing accounts for the agency by helping clients choose warranty setups that best suit their needs.
How You Will Contribute
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various products to promote sale of vehicle service plan.
- Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs and to discuss existing service plan coverage.
- Call on F&I Managers in Auto dealerships to explain plans, to suggest additions or changes to their selling technique.
- Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealer to implement and provide program.
- Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy. Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitable for both the client and the insurer.
- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services. To learn new skills and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
- Train dealers on sales process and F&I process as needed.
- Attend trade shows to promote company lines of business.
Licenses and Certifications:
- License or Designation
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- Minimum education High school diploma
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
- 1 – 3 years experience in a similar position
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)
Pay Range
$55,000 - $65,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
