Sales Enablement Program Manager

Position Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Onboarding program for new hires, focusing on our Application and Data Security Sales Teams and eventually our Identity and Access Management Sales Teams. You'll be the key driver in designing, implementing, and optimizing the onboarding journey for sales professionals joining Thales. Your role will be crucial in ensuring new team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to become productive quickly and contribute to our sales success.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires joining the Application and Data Security Sales Teams
Create and maintain role-specific training and enablement programs for various sales positions, including Sales Reps, BDRs, and Solutions Engineers
Establish a structured onboarding timeline with clear milestones and objectives to enable new hires to be successful quickly
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of onboarding content with company goals and product strategies
Create engaging and informative training materials, including digital courses and instructor-led sessions
Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make data-driven improvements
Continuously gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to refine and enhance the onboarding experience
Minimum Qualifications
A sales enablement, program management and or learning and development background ideally from Software or SaaS related technology
Experience building new enablement programs and processes
Strong team mindset and cross-functional collaborator
Experience in training remote groups
Familiar with sales enablement tools and sales methodologies, with a demonstrable ability to transfer the knowledge to our internal customer (sales teams, sales leadership, & sales support organization)
Creative and innovative, with a drive for continues improvement to virtual learning delivery
Min 7-8 years combined experience in a teaching role, learning and development, or sales enablement.
The anticipated TTC range for this role is $110,000 - 175,000 Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
