The Sales Enablement Manager, Pall Medical is responsible for supporting the commercial team with the right content they need to effectively engage with customers to promote Pall Medical’s solutions in the hospital and healthcare, as well as OEM business throughout the buyer’s journey. This position reports to the Director Demand Generation, is part of the demand generation team and will be fully remote.

What you will do:

  • Partner with other BU marketing team members to develop impactful commercial tools to promote Pall Medical’s value proposition across the business
  • Consolidate, prioritize, align and localize commercial needs with the global marketing strategy by gathering feedback from commercial teams on their needs for new content development or content adaption
  • Define sales enablement priorities and build training and content development plans to meet with needs of the commercial team in partnership with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product management, R&D)
  • Support short and long-term strategic planning efforts and associated high impact initiatives/tactics (Growth room initiatives, NPD, segmentation, positioning or others, as needed)
  • Support the execution of local marketing programs/campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, and driving collaboration

Who you are:

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business or Life Sciences
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing functions
  • Strong technical understanding of the healthcare business
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global environment and ability to balance multiple, competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to plan and execute; to think strategically and translate tactics that can be implemented to drive commercial excellence
  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • People Leadership experience
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience working in the Healthcare industry

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
