Sales Director
United States - Remote
Symmetrio is a conducting a search for their client, a leading innovator of molecular imaging and theranostics software in nuclear medicine. As Sales Director, you will serve as the strategic lead for our client, providing expert consultation and solutions to ensure they maximize the value of our advanced medical imaging platform. You'll manage sales of their complete product portfolio in your designated region, focusing on both nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding market presence. Working alongside clinical and technical specialists, you'll help drive clinical excellence and effectiveness for both current and prospective customers. You'll have full ownership of the regional annual sales budget, playing a crucial role in continued growth and success through exceptional client support and satisfaction.
This is a full-time position offering great health benefits, PTO, a 401(k) match, and an OTE of $200,000. While candidates residing in the western United States are preferred, all locations will be considered. Applicants should be located near a major hub airport.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic business plans, with regular monitoring of key performance indicators, growth metrics, and sales results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, target groups, and key influencers within the regional molecular imaging community to establish our position as the preferred partner
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle in your region, from prospect identification through deal closure
- Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments
- Actively participate in our international cross-functional sales team
- Work closely with fellow sales directors and marketing team members to share best practices and execute coordinated marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Willingness to travel regularly within the USA
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare software solutions sales
- Minimum 10 years of successful field-based sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse customer audiences
- Strong independent work ethic with a focus on achieving results through persistence and targeted effort
- High energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for excellence
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to identify and pursue innovative solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
