About your new role:


CommandLink is seeking a dynamic Sales Development (SDR) Manager with a proven track record in sales development and team leadership. As the driving force behind our Sales Development team, you will play a pivotal role in building an SDR Program from the ground up and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include not only scaling ongoing operations but also representing CommandLink in interactions with clients, ensuring our solutions align with their unique needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales development strategy and program aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize processes and playbooks for lead generation and conversion.
  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing Sales Development team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the SDR function.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the sales development process.
  • Ensure effective communication and understanding of client needs within the SDR framework.
  • Provide hands-on support when required, setting a benchmark for effective sales development practices.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales development process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales development strategies with overall business goals.
  • Regularly evaluate and refine tools, technologies, and processes, with a focus on enhancing sales development effectiveness.
  • Lead the charge during critical sales situations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.

What you'll need for success:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in leading and building a Sales Development Program, with a strong track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales tools and platforms.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities for both internal coordination and client interactions.
  • Track record of adapting strategies to effectively address client needs.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
