Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities:
- Champion Sales: Advocate for our partner doctors, actively driving their practice growth through sales and promotion of their services.
- Excel in Communication: Efficiently handle a high volume of warm leads, expertly promoting medical services and facilitating successful client engagements
- Lead Conversion: Employ effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful deals, contributing to the continuous success of our partner practices.
- CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM tools to optimize customer relationship management and streamline sales processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven phone sales experience in B2B, B2C outbound, or inside sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong phone presence.
- A competitive spirit and a drive to excel.

Earnings Potential:
If you're Average: Earn up to $75,000/year.
If you're Good: Reach up to $85,000/year.
If you're Great: Achieve $95,000+/year.
Your total earnings will include a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses. Your drive and sales performance will directly influence your total compensation.
