Sales Development Representative
United States - Remote

We need competitive people to join our like-minded SDR team. You bring your A game, and we will reward you accordingly. Base pay range is 45-55k with an estimated OTE of $70-80K.

- Build relationships with potential customers by phone, chat, email and social media.
- Qualify and set appointments based on outbound activities (45+ calls per day).
- Engage customers and prospects who visit with us at industry events.
- Follow up and convert marketing qualified leads.
- Research companies and develop leads.
- 6+ months of in-person or phone sales experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Salesloft
- Industry experience in a SaaS, B2B or CAM
- Ability to drive towards success through tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- An eagerness to learn through feedback, able to adapt to evolving strategies for continuous professional growth and success
- Willingness to travel up to 5%, potentially to team events and industry conferences
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
