Greenfly is growing fast! We’re looking for a savvy sales development rep to fuel our growth and connect with sports and entertainment executives.

We need a great communicator with excellent phone, writing, and social media skills. You’re quick on your feet, and you genuinely love helping people be successful and achieve their goals. You’re great at making friends, tech-savvy, and familiar with social media, sports, and mobile apps.

Greenfly’s platform/app helps sports, media and entertainment companies collect and distribute content to/from their network of athletes, celebrities, talent, sports teams, sponsors, broadcasters, and more! In doing so, organizations bolster social growth and fan reach, automate their content flows, and create awesome viral content. 

At Greenfly, you’ll quickly become an expert in short-form media. Your positive attitude and work ethic are the keys to your success, and success in this position will quickly open the door to more responsibility and promotion in an agile, start-up environment.

You Will

  • Utilize a combination of email, phone, and social media outreach to identify and qualify prospective new customers.
  • Overcome objections and be innovative with your sales strategy to set meetings for sales executives.
  • Engage with prospects to uncover their social marketing challenges
  • Maintain active communication with prospects by sending timely targeted materials with an account-based communications strategy
  • Meet (or exceed) monthly targets in setting up qualified meetings. Hustle and moxie will fuel your success.
  • Be consultative and tell Greenfly’s story while listening to needs, goals and measures of success. Listen, understand, and be an asset to your contacts

Requirements

You Must Have

  • A fearless attitude: no prospect is out of reach
  • High energy and the urge to get things done…today
  • The perseverance and drive to make 70 calls a day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability and desire to collaborate with a close-knit team
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills 
  • Reliability. You commit to deliver and deliver on commitments without being reminded.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% of the time
  • 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Must have a suitable home office for calls and meetings

Bonus Points

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, and/or cold calling
  • Experience working for an enterprise software company
  • Experience with digital marketing / social media. 
  • Knowledge of/Experience in sports, TV broadcast and/or entertainment industries
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Outreach
