The Impact you’ll make
Lead Generation and Outreach- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers in our B2C campaign
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about clean energy solutions
- Create positive first impressions that represent our brand values
- Schedule qualified appointments for the internal sales team
- Ensure smooth handoffs between initial contact and sales consultation
- Maintain high-quality appointment setting standards
- Update and maintain accurate CRM records
- Document all prospect interactions and follow-ups
- Track and report on outreach activities
- Build rapport with potential customers
- Provide initial education about solar and clean energy benefits
- Handle spontaneous conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Consistent achievement of weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets
- High conversion rate of leads to qualified appointments
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 6 months to 3 years of customer-facing experience (B2C/B2B experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral or near-native American accent
- Candidates with no sales experience should be highly trainable
- Candidates with sales experience should be familiar with discovery calls, scoping calls, creating proposals, and client onboarding
- Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles
- Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up.
- At least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet
- Working noise-canceling headset
- Working camera
- Natural conversationalist with the ability to build instant rapport
- Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- 40 hours a week
- Rate ranges from $5 to $8 per hour depending on the client's evaluation
