Description

Enumerate is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team! The sales development representative (SDR) is the connection between marketing, outbound prospective customers and the Account Executives closing deals on the sales team. The role is remote. The base compensation is $50K with estimated commission earnings of an additional $24K annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with prospective customers on the impact Enumerate is able to bring for them
  • Schedule product conversations between the prospect and the Account Executive
  • Assist the Account Executive with closing the deal through detailed discovery calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunities 
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by visiting and qualifying potential leads in your territory
  • Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospects
  • Communicate the value and areas of opportunities the product provides to prospects via phone and/or e-mail
  • Achieve and exceed daily KPI’s and monthly quota
You will be given extensive coaching and development from managers, enablement coaches, and various teams to ensure you are set up for success to build a long-term career in sales. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound cold calling
  • Strong phone conversation skills
  • Strong written communication skills for email sales engagement
  • Experience with Salesforce, sales tools like SalesLoft or Outreach, and Outlook tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) is a plus!
