Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be driven, put the customer first and is a “people person” who derives their energy from creating successful relationships. What You Will Accomplish· Provide day-to-day support to our sales workforce with activities such as opportunity workflows and troubleshooting errors in the sales process.· Encourage and support the accuracy of various records in Salesforce.com.· Liaise with Business Systems in logging incidents and problem resolution as well as participate in testing activities required to release changes to production.· Collaborate with Order Operations to expedite opportunities through to closed-won and order fulfillment.· Optimize the sales process by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending change.· Liaise with cross-functional teams to support deal requirements across region and ensure positive customer experience through all steps of the customer journey.· Partner with the Regional Revenue Operations Managers to understand the needs of sales leaders and their teams and provide support where needed. What We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”.
