Sales, Business Leader- RespirTech (Field-Based, National)Job Description
The Business Sales Leader, RespirTech, is responsible for top-line sales results, strategic sales plan development and execution, revenue generation, and collaborating with the Sales Training and Marketing Leader to achieve company growth and revenue goals.
Your role:
- Directly manage 7 Regional Sales Managers and indirectly manage their teams consisting of Territory Managers (70+ Indirect Reports)
- Develop local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition and messaging) to drive profitable growth
- Recruit and manage performance requirements of Regional Sales Managers.
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape for strategic insight and opportunity development.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Your skills include significant experience in sales, marketing, healthcare or medical technology products or solutions, incl. crafting customized value propositions to unique customers and markets
- Business development experience in medical or DME environment strongly preferred
- You have a bachelors degree
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- You have strong leadership skills and effective in team and relationship building.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $261,500 to $293,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
