Job Title: Sales and Technical Proposal Administrator - Remote
ECM Holding Group Inc, has seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Technical Proposal Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and should be a skilled Technical Proposal Writer to help us secure new business opportunities through compelling and well-crafted proposals. This role requires excellent written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong understanding of the sales process. This position can be performed remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- RFP & Sales Support:

- Manage the RFP process, including analyzing requirements, contributing to win themes, and developing project plans.
- Write, review, and customize proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to articulate technical information effectively.
- Incorporate feedback and ensure proposals address key customer needs.
- Develop supporting documents like cover letters and executive summaries.
- Maintain the proposal content library.
- Provide general administrative support to the VP of Business Development and ECM Sales Team.
- Technical Writing & Sales Reporting:

- Create clear and concise technical documents.
- Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports.

- CRM Management:
- Assist with the migration to CRM Dynamics 365 for contact and opportunity management.
- Provide ongoing CRM content management and support.
- Marketing & Proposal Assistance:
- Support the preparation and review of sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, marketing, and technical teams.
- Potentially communicate with clients to clarify RFP requirements.
- Project & Time Management:
- Manage multiple proposals with overlapping deadlines effectively.
- Adhere to strict proposal timelines.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure proposals meet all requirements and are error-free.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills for sales data and proposal requirements.
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience (Preferred):
- APMP Certification.
- Experience with [specific industry software or tools].
- Experience with graphic design and layout.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
