Who’s Stepping to the Mic? - The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join us as a Sales and Marketing
Strategist. In this role, you will support the Sales and Marketing Teams
through the pre-sale process while developing key brand and category
strategies. This position connects brand challenges with Chalice technology
to deliver innovative solutions across programmatic strategies and
marketing.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and
curious collaborator to develop creative solutions for our team. You will
own Sales Strategy, create customized media plans for strategic accounts,
and refine product positioning to address client needs.
Moves Like a Master - What You’ll Do
Develop and manage strategic marketing plans and proposals,
collaborating across departments.Oversee all components of the pre-sale proposal process.
Support the sales team with media plans, proposal decks and RFI
support(proactive and RFP responses).Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales collateral based on
research and industry insights.Coordinate and partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to
create custom ideas and programs.Communicate with clients and agencies on campaign details.
Create and update sales collateral and proposal materials.
Research and report on website performance, trends, and competitive
insights.Develop strategies to drive higher-tier proposal wins.
Focus on Strategic Account Development and large-scale RFPs for
top-tier clients.Drive adoption of new products.
Identify and recommend improvements to the sales process in
collaboration with sales management.
Like Liquid Swords - Required Skills
4-5 years of digital advertising experience across brand, agency,
or adtech.Strong understanding of Digital Advertising, Data Targeting,
Measurement, Attribution, and Media Distribution.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with
Canva is a plus.Ability to create clear, compelling visuals in PowerPoint and Canva.
Programmatic media knowledge preferred.
Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.Impeccable attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing
skills.
