The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a Sales and Conversion Copywriter to join our team!

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Conversion Copywriter with a proven track record in high-conversion sales copy. Applicant be warned: This is not an SEO content writing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive copy for landing pages, ad campaigns, and email campaigns (among other things).Β Β 

Your goal will be to drive ticket sales and attract clients to our events and company, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience and converts leads into customers. This role requires and encourages innovation and flexibility. You should be one-half storyteller, one-half salesperson, and one-half inventor. That’s a total of a person and a half; are you the one and a half people we need for this role?

The salary for this role is $70,000-$75,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Write high-conversion sales copy for landing pages, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
    2. Craft persuasive and engaging copy that drives ticket sales and client acquisition for our virtual and in-person events.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
    4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure our copy stands out and effectively communicates our value proposition.
    5. Continuously test and optimize copy to improve conversion rates and achieve marketing goals.
    6. Use storytelling, sales, and psychological principles to turn complicated business concepts into compelling and approachable content.
