Our Hu and Enjoy Life Foods brands within Mondelēz International are looking for a chocolate-loving Sales Administrator, Trade Proprietary System (TPM) Entry & Management, Hu & Enjoy Life Foods to join our Sales team. A great candidate will have a strong knowledge of excel and excel functions, ability to analyze data, problem solve and keep track of tasks to meet finance audit deadlines. 

How you will contribute:

You will:

  • Be primary owner of the sales plan entry of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system for North American sales.

  • Monitor item level forecast for each planned account using historical shipment data and Nielsen/Spins data to present proposed changes to account manager and demand planner.

  • Adjust promotional lifts and allowances accordingly to ensure accurate proposed trade based on historical data and insights from the sales analyst and account manager.

  • Maintain customer mapping in forecasting and reporting systems.

  • Upload and verify promotional accuracy with contracts collected by sales analyst.  Review discrepancies and verify accuracy with account manager.

  • Support sales analyst with deductions matching as needed; work with account managers to reconcile discrepancies.

  • Review monthly promotional plan changes with trade team to clarify impact to total trade plan.

  • Support Sr. NAM (National Account Manager) with bulk baking and other wholesale inquires.

  • Coordinate customer setup with sales coordinator and customer operations team.

  • Ensure initial order is shipped and transition customer to Sr. NAM after first order placed (unless a one-time buy)

  • Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including Excel)

  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure

  • 3 or more years of experience using a TPM (Trade Promotion Management) system preferably in the Natural CPG industry dealing with distributors and direct customers

  • Familiarity with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) deductions process

  • An advanced knowledge of Excel

  • This role will utilize the following tools and applications: Excel, Web Integrated (TPM system), Cliqdata, Nielsen, Spins, Microsoft Teams

  • Ability to analyze data to verify baseline and promotional volume

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork, growth mindset and process improvement

The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
