About this Position
We are seeking a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator provides vital support to NAW’s sales organization. They handle important administrative tasks such as creating quotes and proposals. Sales Administrators may also provide a point of contact for customer queries about orders or billing. An efficient Sales Administrator contributes to the sales organization’s efficiency and helps deliver quality customer service and helps the team meet its targets.  


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for clients and management such as quotes, proposals, CEP’s, presentations and RFP responses.
  • Completes various data entry such as updating of client and opportunity records in CRM System.
  • Research potential new products and services.
  • Works with sales and consulting to create and review consulting estimates and SOW’s.
  • Assists the Sales teams in responding to client issues promptly keep track of all issues, and follow them up until resolution.
  • Work with vendors to provide and maintain accurate pricing of products and services.
  • Assist operations team in responding to questions on orders and quotes.
  • Provided back up support for sales and operations as necessary.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to sales team.
     

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, excel and CRM preferably Dynamics CRM.
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with good work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
  • High level of organizational and data entry skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate range: $28.85 per hour
