Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team.

About the role:

This role is a Registered Nurse, who manages a team of clinicians and works with a care team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants to provide collaborative care.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $88,000 - $115,500 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction and support to the nursing team in collaboration with the clinical leadership team.
  • Oversee the delivery of virtual nursing care services, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols, guidelines, SLAs and best practices.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, providing guidance on complex cases, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice.
  • Review patient assessments, care plans, and interventions to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate patient care, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
  • Work cross functionally to drive operational efficiencies for the practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews, clinical audits, and outcome assessments, to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Texas or RN compact license
