Ready to build and own the RevOps function at a profitable, bootstrapped and rapidly growing startup? We're looking for a Revenue Operations powerhouse who'll build, own, and evolve our systems and processes to scale our already successful revenue engine to the next level.

You'll be supporting our SDRs, AEs, Client Success, Partnerships and Marketing teams by reimagining processes, optimising our tech stack, and using data to prove it's all working. What the job involves

  • Own our revenue operations strategy across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and Marketing teams - getting everyone moving in sync towards predictable growth
  • Be our tech stack mastermind - keeping HubSpot and the whole toolbox (Apollo, Airtable, FireFlies, Aircall, Front - the whole gang) working in harmony
  • Drive data-informed decisions through robust reporting, clean data flows, and insights, working alongside our analytics engineer and data warehouse to unlock business-wide insights.
  • Leverage our custom-built AI agent (tracking 400+ data points across 20,000 retailers) to spot opportunities and shape strategy with data other companies can only dream of
  • Optimise our revenue engine by tracking and improving key metrics (onboarding speed, close rates, ACV) as we scale
  • Build and champion scalable processes, using best-practice methodologies and ensure efficient onboarding
  • Lead cross-functional projects and create playbooks that teams will genuinely want to use
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in our customer journey to boost conversion and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS startup/scaleup with a track record of building processes that scale
  • HubSpot mastery and deep familiarity with standard SaaS tools (Aircall, Airtable, Apollo, Metabase and more)
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting
  • Talent for turning complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights that drive business-wide decisions (SQL knowledge a bonus)
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating effectively at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solver who can bring order to complexity (in a good way)
  • Organised but flexible, thriving with autonomy. This is your function to own and scale.

Note

Location: UK based, working remotely from home. You’ll be required to attend some meetings and events in London at least twice a month.
