Revit Drafter Technician

At A Glance
Our Revit Drafter Technician will assist the Implementation Team with the creation of phase plans and move plans according to our clients’ guidelines. Knowledge of construction tasks and scheduling is required to perform well in this position, and you’ll need to be able to work independently at times and have a great eye for detail to create complete and comprehensive plans.
Important Information
Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandise conversion and construction plans, utilizing pre and post planogram and fixture plans
- Collaborate with multiple teams
- Agile and capable of understanding, implementing SOP changes in an ever evolving and changing project planning environment
- Ability to quickly assess plans and suggest solutions to management and peers
- Review and submit drawing packets for review prior to client submission
- Tracking time and touches on plans and deliverables for internal audits
- Digitally organized and familiar with file sharing and server organization
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Detail-Oriented, capable of working independently and problem solving without direct supervision
Requirements:
- MS Office
- Excel - Intermediate
- AutoCAD and/or Revit Experience 1+ Years (Mid-Level)
- Knowledge of Phase plans preferred
- Knowledge of Matterport scans and tagging preferred
- Familiarity with construction documents, methodology and procedures
- Proficient with Adobe PDF and other PDF creation and markup tools
- 1-3 years working in a business environment
- Must live within FL, TX, GA, or TN.
