We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analytics Manager on our Revenue Operations team to optimize revenue processes and drive data-informed decision-making. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, improving operational efficiency, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and ensure data accuracy while supporting business objectives. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and using data to deliver measurable results. NDR is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, and we would expect the candidate to be comfortable solving complex problems, being a team player, and stepping out of their comfort zone.
Responsibilities
• Become an expert about our company and industry. • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs. • Analyze data in a quickly changing environment. • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to identify areas for revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements. • Be agile in different reporting systems and have the ability to tie in multiple datasets. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue processes and drive business success. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to revenue operations. • Lead and support revenue-related projects, including identifying project scope, timelines, and resources. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs and priorities. • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop solutions to address them. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to revenue operations. • Train and educate team members on revenue processes and systems. • Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to leadership. • Develop and maintain documentation of revenue processes and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required. • 6 years of analytics, finance or strategy experience.• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, near expert level of excel • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) • Strong experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI) • Strong written and communication skills • Ability to consolidate, understand, and communicate large sets of data • Ability to communicate effectively with their team and problem solve • Attention to detail • Experience managing stakeholders in differing departments/functions • Salesforce, AWS, and Five9 experience • Snowflake and Sigma experience preferred • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $130,500 to $157,500 annually.Benefits
