We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to drive alignment between sales and marketing by building and optimizing enablement processes, tools, and resources. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will focus on ensuring that our revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and content needed to successfully execute on revenue-generating strategies and exceed their goals.

Location

PayJunction takes a Flex First approach to work environments. This means that our team members can choose to work from our Santa Barbara office or remotely from home. We ensure that everyone has the resources and equipment to work where they feel most productive. We trust our teams to make the best decision for their work environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales onboarding programs to ensure new hires are trained within their first 30 days and achieve competency benchmarks.
  • Design and implement ongoing training programs, offering new learning opportunities quarterly.
  • Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, ensuring full adoption and consistent use by the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align sales enablement content with go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
  • Measure and track the impact of enablement initiatives on revenue performance, aiming to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement tools and processes to streamline sales workflows, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions with sales reps, focusing on performance improvement and skill development.
  • Lead initiatives to increase sales team engagement with enablement materials, and monitor content retention and effectiveness through assessments.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing through workshops, discussions, and best practice sessions.
  • Advocate for the sales team, ensuring alignment between their needs and the broader company objectives.
  • Ensure new hires integrate into PayJunction’s culture and understand the company’s vision and values.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement at a B2B company, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement programs.
  • Experience in payments or SaaS industries is strongly preferred, with familiarity in payment processing systems, merchants, and ISVs a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and managing sales enablement materials such as playbooks, training guides, and onboarding programs.
  • Proficient with revenue tools such as Salesforce and Outreach (2-3 years of experience preferred). Familiarity with platforms like ZoomInfo, Chorus, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms (e.g., SalesHood, Highspot, Seismic) to manage content and sales resources.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform enablement strategies, and experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau).
  • Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom) for cross-functional alignment and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sale is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $110 - $125k/year plus our Total Reward Benefit package..  Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: education, experience, skills and qualifications.
