Job Overview

 

USIS Inc./AmeriSys, part of Davies Specialty Programs, is looking for a Return-to-Work Facilitator on our team. You will be coordinating and facilitating processes with medical providers for injured employees to return to work. as soon as medically indicated, with focus on obtaining DWC-25 and work status. 

 

Opportunity to work from home. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Providing Return-to-Work facilitation in a Workers’ Compensation environment to assist the RN case-manager address the injured employee’s disability status.
  • Focusing on receipt of the DWC-25 and other medical documentation to ensure the injured employee is return to work as soon as it is medically feasible. 
  • Communicating the job description requirements with the treating providers.
  • Schedule medical appointments when necessary.
  • Obtain records – DWC-25.
  • Calling/obtaining job descriptions form client.
  • Calling/obtaining work status …
