ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsible for client service support, assisting retirement account administrators in the preparation of compliance tests and assisting in reconciling and preparing Form 5500 filings for key/complex clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Prepare Form 5500 filings for plans under 100 participants.
• Quarterly review of participant statements ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate on-line user ID activation.
• Work with Manager to resolve technical, service, and compliance issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure all assigned compliance work is completed accurately and within prescribed time standards.
• Research items pertaining to Form 5500 using available technical resources.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required.
• Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Work independently and set priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
