Overview
Join our team as a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations, where you’ll lead marketing strategies for approximately 15 Lithia auto dealerships. Your mission is to drive traffic and foster customer loyalty, serving as the primary liaison between dealership leadership and our internal marketing team. This role requires strategic marketing expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for optimizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead traffic generation and in-store management ROI meetings, emphasizing digital/online marketing and CRM/store processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Partner with dealership General Managers and store leaders to build and execute annual marketing plans that align with store goals and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Lithia Marketing team and external agencies to create impactful content and measure campaign results.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use marketing ROI tools to lead, define, and measure strategies, identifying actionable sales and growth opportunities.
- Market Awareness: Monitor customer, industry, franchise, and competitive trends to inform marketing recommendations.
- Education & Enthusiasm: Act as a trusted resource for store managers, inspiring and educating them on effective marketing strategies.
- Travel: Regular visits to dealerships to engage with General Managers and store leadership are required. Overnight travel may be necessary depending on location and assignments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven customer service, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for multi-disciplinary marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent experience required
