About our group:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Channel Marketing Sr. Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our retail partners’ success by increasing our share of shelf and optimizing marketing strategies to boost revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and merchandising of commodity products, as well as expertise in digital marketing. Additionally, this role involves significant responsibility for processing claims associated with Seagate market development funds and managing operational expenses (OPEX) to support the business. 
 

About the role - you will:

  • Retail Partner Management: 
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. 
    • Drive initiatives to increase product visibility and share of shelf in retail stores. 
    • Collaborate with retail partners to create and execute effective merchandising strategies. 
  • Marketing Optimization: 
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth. 
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts. 
    • Guide retail partners in their online advertising strategies to maximize digital presence. 
  • Fund Management: 
    • Process claims associated with Seagate market development funds. 
    • Ensure accurate and timely management of OPEX to support business objectives. 
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of fund utilization. 
  • Collaboration and Communication: 
    • Work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. 
    • Provide training and support to retail partners on marketing best practices. 
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.

About you:

•    Strong knowledge of retail and merchandising of commodity products. 
•    Expertise in digital marketing and guiding partners in online advertising. 
•    Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Strong drive to succeed and manage your time effectively.

Your experience includes:

  • Extensive experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or a related role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $81,600 - $116,600. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
