This position involves a flexible schedule, around 8 to 15 hours per week, between the hours of 7:30am-4:30am, Monday through Friday.Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

1Qualifications:
Requireda. Undergraduate student enrolled at UW-Madison
b. Able to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, excluding school breaks
c. Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged amount of time. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Preferred
a. Experience working in an office /administrative setting
b. Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Candidates should be detailed orientated and possess strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced setting with diverse team members or on their own, depending on the project.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking a motivated undergraduate student for an office assistant position to support our growing residency education team. This position is a great match for students interested in administration or pursuing a healthcare career.
Job Duties
1. Support the Residency Program with its evaluation process including but not limited to:
a. Creation, collection, and distribution of evaluations
b. Input of evaluations using Google Forms and Excel
c. Generation of graphs using collected data
2. Help facilitate program spending and purchases
3. Greet guests and visitors
4. Help maintain residency data bases
5. Distribute departmental mail
6. Support residency program with projects as needed
7. Support department with projects as needed
Physical Demands:
Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged amount of time. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
