WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh’s Human Capital and Business Advisory Services (HCBAS) practice is seeking a highly organized, experienced, intelligent, and motivated Research Intern to join our Organizational Research and Consulting (ORC) Division. This job is best suited for those who have completed or are currently in progress of completing an advanced degree program with a background in industrial-organizational psychology, social psychology, organizational behavior, business or related discipline to contribute to research and consulting projects across a variety of government contracts. You will contribute to the execution, interpretation, and reporting of research and consulting studies employing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The ideal candidate continuously strives to learn and develop and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Note-taking for interviews, focus groups, or meetings.
  • Contributing to literature reviews.
  • Assisting with qualitative data analysis.
