The Opportunity:
The Provisioning Analyst II, will perform Access Management functions and Payor Website provisioning for Ensemble and client systems based on defined standards and procedures. This role is responsible for compliance of both Ensemble and client provisioning processes.Duties included but not limited to:
- Work to obtain payor admin access to applications and payor websites.
- Work closely with Ensemble clients and Ensemble Client Delivery to complete required forms.
- Contacting payors by phone or email.
- Maintain records of Ensemble Payor Portal access
- Complete documents relating to payor websites
- Training and communication of new payor website access.
- Provision access and accounts according to defined processes and security requirements
- Manage day to day account management for all user accounts
- Assist associates with troubleshooting access issues including password resets
- Terminate accounts and access
- Assist with on-boarding and acquisition of account management responsibilities for new applications and new clients
- Assist with data gathering for audits and any reconciliation needed
- Familiar with Ensemble and Client Security and Compliance policies related to access
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2 to 4 years payor website experience preferred
- 2 to 4 years IT experience preferred
- Experience in Information Access Management preferred
- Strong process, communication and organization skills; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Office Outlook, Word, Excel and TEAMS.

- This position pays between $21.70 - $25.85/hour, based on experience
