Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations, driving data-driven decision-making, and enhancing our overall performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support various business initiatives and projects.
  • Special Projects:  As assigned.

 

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Qualifications:

  • High School graduate/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality or Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote position, working from home. Work environment may be indoors, sitting at a desk or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Daily use of computers, keyboard, mouse, headset, printers, and other commonly used office equipment.
  • This position may require flexibility to work hours outside of a regular schedule.
