Reporting Analyst

Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations, driving data-driven decision-making, and enhancing our overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support various business initiatives and projects.
- Special Projects: As assigned.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Qualifications:
- High School graduate/GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality or Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- This is a remote position, working from home. Work environment may be indoors, sitting at a desk or standing for extended periods of time.
