Report Developer IV

This position is responsible for leading complex reporting development projects while designing architectures to support reporting needs. This role will perform advanced data analysis, mentor teams, and lead efforts to enhance data quality and integrity, ensuring accurate and impactful insights to internal and external stakeholders.

This role...

• Lead complex report development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement data architectures to support reporting needs.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Optimize and fine-tune data queries and extract, load, and transform processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to report developers and analysts.
• Lead efforts to enhance data quality and integrity.
• Develop strategies for implementing self-service reporting solutions.
• Provide well-written final requirements documentation to serve as a reliable knowledge resource.
• May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

We are excited to speak with individuals with the following...

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Seven (7) plus years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related roles.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of extract, load, transform processes, and data integration.
• Proven leadership skills and experience leading projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong skills with data languages like R or Python a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working to drive change using data in a data-driven organization.
• Experience with database architecting and/or analysis.

Salary: $81,000-$111,400/year
