This position is responsible for leading the end-to-end report development process and gathering requirements to deploy complex reports to internal and external stakeholders. This role will play a pivotal role in defining report metrics, mentoring junior developers, and providing actionable insights from data analysis.

  • Lead the end-to-end development process, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Design and develop complex reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define report metrics.
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
  • Mentor and guide junior report developers, providing technical expertise.
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
  • Implements automation solutions for report delivery and distribution.
  • Provide well-written final requirements documentation to serve as a reliable knowledge resource.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are excited to speak with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong skills with data languages like R or Python a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working to drive change using data in a data-driven organization.
  • Experience with database architecting and/or analysis.

Salary: $62,500-$92,800/Year
