Job Title: Remote Website Design & CRM Specialist (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 - 2,500 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time with 12:00pm - 1:00pm lunch Our Client: Our client is a leading real estate private equity firm specializing in acquiring, managing, and developing high-value real estate assets. They use proprietary technology to increase the speed, accuracy and transparency of commercial grade real estate investments with various stakeholders! They consider they are best in the world at creating insights from unstructured data. Currently their project pipeline includes industrial assets in self-storage and light industrial. They have also been working remote workers for close to 20 years.Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and tech-savvy Marketing Website Design and CRM Specialist to manage and enhance our client's online presence, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. This role combines expertise in website design, user experience (UX), CRM management, and building workflows to support the firm’s marketing and investor relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, website functionality, CRM workflows, and automation tools like Zapier, preferably in a real estate or investment-focused environment. Responsibilities: Website Design and Management:
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s website to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create landing pages, blog posts, and investor portals.
- Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and effective workflows.
- Create and manage CRM-based marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, investor updates, and automated workflows.
- Generate CRM reports and analytics to provide insights into campaign performance and investor engagement.
- Design and implement automation workflows to streamline marketing and operational processes using tools like Zapier or similar platforms.
- Integrate website forms, CRM, email platforms, and other tools to automate lead generation, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through automation and system integration.
- Support digital marketing efforts through integration of CRM and website tools.
- Assist in running paid advertising campaigns, managing lead generation forms, and tracking conversions.
- Collaborate on content development for email marketing and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics.
- Develop and share performance reports for both the website and CRM to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure website security, uptime, and performance by coordinating with IT and hosting providers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot website and CRM integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Education: Formal education in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in website design, digital marketing, CRM management, and marketing automation.
- Experience in real estate, private equity, or finance industries is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in website design tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace) and HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of automation tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX principles, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Expertise is using AI marketing tools
