Job Title: Remote UX/UI Designer - 100% Work From Home
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,200 - 3,300 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday, candidates must align working hours closely with UK business hours Benefits: 20 days of paid vacation per year. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Specialist with specific experience in D2C e-commerce to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing the e-commerce websites’ user interface and user experience across multiple brands. You will be responsible for building landing pages for a variety of products and sectors, working closely with the CRO Specialist and the marketing team to create engaging, user-friendly designs that drive conversions and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Design and Improve User Interfaces:
- Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for our e-commerce websites.
- Update and maintain the UI design across all brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Build and Optimize Landing Pages:
- Develop and design landing pages for a variety of products and sectors to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and aligned with CRO strategies.
- Enhance User Experience:
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the user journey.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the CRO Specialist and marketing team to align UI/UX strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Conduct Usability Testing:
- Plan and execute usability tests to gather user feedback.
- Analyze results and iterate designs based on findings.
- Stay Updated with Design Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in D2C e-commerce.
- Incorporate innovative design solutions to enhance website performance.
- Optimize for Various Devices: Ensure responsive design across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Create and manage comprehensive design systems and style guides for consistent branding.
- Assist in A/B Testing: Support the CRO Specialist in designing A/B test variations for UI elements to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design within the D2C e-commerce sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work for e-commerce websites and landing pages.
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages for various products and sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and methods.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with the Shopify platform is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English
