Overview

Pay:  $70,000 - $80,000 per year Fully Licensed Therapist

Schedule: 1 pm- 8 pm CST/2pm-10pm EST Mon-Thurs, with some flexibility 

Full-time, Remote position

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT: Must hold current licensure in at least THREE (3) of our eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, MD, MI, MO, MT, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, or DC.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include individual and family therapy for ages 12-34, curating individualized treatment plans, reviewing outcomes, and completing concurrent review notes
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients, as needed
• Lead IOP group sessions, as needed
• Work alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and results
• Therapy occurs between: 1 pm- 8 pm CST/2pm-10pm EST Mon-Thurs, with some flexibility

Qualifications

• Fully licensed within 3 of the States we serve (Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure (titles are state-specific)
• Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities preferred
• Well versed in DBT, TF-CBT and/or ERP and confident integrating them into your treatment approach
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
• Experience delivering therapy online strongly desired
