Compensation Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Remote Support Technician, you will report directly to the Associate Operations Manager for CIED monitoring with supervision from the Field Operations Supervisor-CIED Remote Support. During your employment, you will devote your best efforts to the business of Cardiac RMS, and DocGo. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following:

• Acts as a role model for team, including professionalism, productivity and inclusion
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of website functionality for a specific device vendor (Medtronic, Abbott, Boston. Scientific or Biotronik).
• Reconciles active transmissions on the website with the 3rd party software vendor
• Manually exports transmission from vendor site to 3rd party software vendor as necessary
• Notifies PCS of outside facility remote transmission (Carelink Express, etc)
• Monitors/maintains vendor websites as assigned
• Actively participates in the collection of monthly connectivity and compliance data
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous cardiac vendor website experience preferred
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and helpful under stress
