Purpose of Role: The remote support leader will direct the remote support team's activities, procedures, and strategies to ensure consistent systems review within Motion Metrics' customer base in different regions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures all systems are periodically reviewed and updated to the latest SW versions.
- Provides technical support pointing to reducing first response time and case resolution times.
- Manage team queue and implementation of upgrades required.
- Maintain regular and effective communication regarding technical issues to resolve customer needs adequately.
- Ensure the implementation of Motion Metrics corporate technical authority guidelines, report results, and collaborate with the Global Development and Support and Service Teams.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Leader with experience in multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Knowledgeable in Services Configuration, command line, Linux and Windows OS.
- Possess excellent time management skills and be results-driven.
