Job Title: Remote Social Media Manager (100% Work From Home) 

  Location: Remote from Latin America   Position Type: Full-time    Salary: $2,500 - 3,500 USD/month via wire transfer    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST (flexible)     Our Client: Our client specializes in creating personalized jewelry that features the moon phase from a date significant to the wearer, such as a birth, anniversary, or other memorable occasion. Each piece incorporates a high-resolution image of the moon's phase from the chosen date, allowing individuals to carry a tangible reminder of their special moments. Their collection includes necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings, each customizable with the moon phase from a date of the customer's choice. An added feature is that the moon images gently glow in the dark, enhancing their unique appeal. 
    Responsibilities:  Creative Strategist for Organic Campaigns

• Develop and execute innovative, organic strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Craft engaging and unique content ideas that resonate with the audience.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations to refine content strategies.

Social Media Content Manager

• Create and schedule high-quality posts across platforms, focusing on thoughtful and creative storytelling.
• Engage with followers through meaningful interactions, including direct messages, comments, and live sessions.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across all social channels.

Audience and Analytics Specialist

• Conduct in-depth analysis of audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Track and report key metrics (engagement rates, views, interactions) to inform content creation.
• Use data to guide strategic decisions and improve content performance.

Collaborations and Community Builder

• Identify and build partnerships with complementary brands and influencers.
• Create initiatives that encourage community loyalty and brand engagement.
• Coordinate creative and impactful live sessions to deepen connections with the audience.

• Experience: This is a senior-level role with at least 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Skills: Must be an out-of-the-box thinker with proven expertise in social media strategies.
