550050 Remote Service Engineer
Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Philips’ Intellispace Cardiovascular Software, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Your role:
- Deliver technical support for Philips’ Intellispace Cardiovascular Software, troubleshooting Windows operating system and hardware issues effectively.
- Diagnose and resolve issues while documenting all steps taken in internal tracking systems to ensure accurate problem resolution.
- Work according to published procedures and work instructions while maintaining a high level of compliance and consistency.
- Escalate complex customer issues to higher-level support teams while ensuring a smooth hand-off of critical cases.
- This is a remote based – remote position with varying travel required as directed by management (10%).
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience providing technical support on radiology or cardiology informatics products as an individual contributor.
- Your skills include experience with Philips Medical Imaging products (strongly preferred), expertise in DICOM and HL7, network configuration knowledge (DNS, VPN, IP Proxy, TCPIP, load balancers), Windows systems administration, SQL proficiency, and advanced Windows troubleshooting.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an independent problem-solver with strong documentation skills, highly effective communication abilities (verbal and written), and a structured approach to work that aligns with published procedures and work instructions.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY is $23.18 to $39.74 per hour.
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $24.40 to $41.83 per hour.
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA is $25.62 to $43.92 per hour.
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ, DC is $27.33 to $46.85 per hour.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
