Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 - 3,000 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday, candidates must align working hours closely with UK business hours Benefits: 20 days of paid vacation per year. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing their e-commerce platforms across multiple brands, enhancing user experience, and driving conversion rates. You will work closely with both UK and Latin America-based marketing personnel, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement CRO Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive CRO strategies for each brand
- Optimize user journeys to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- A/B and Multivariate Testing:
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to identify the most effective website elements.
- Utilize testing tools to validate hypotheses and inform optimization efforts.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- User Experience Optimization:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance website usability and accessibility.
- Recommend changes to site navigation, content layout, and overall user flow to improve engagement.
- Landing Page Optimization: Develop and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and sales.
- Conversion Funnel Analysis: Map out and analyze the conversion funnel for each brand to identify drop-off points and optimize accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, design, and development teams to ensure CRO strategies are effectively implemented.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on CRO activities, test results, and performance metrics.
- Document testing methodologies and maintain a knowledge base of best practices.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO and e-commerce.
- Technical Optimization: Identify and fix technical issues that may hinder conversion rates, such as page load times and mobile responsiveness.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Incorporate customer feedback and usability testing results into CRO strategies.
- Goal Setting and KPI Management: Set clear conversion goals for each brand and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior team members on CRO best practices.
- Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure all CRO activities comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines, especially concerning user data and privacy.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving growth in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience working with multiple brands and managing CRO projects across various websites.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Strong experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and multivariate testing.
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, Conversion Optimization, or related fields are advantageous.
