Sales Consultants will be responsible for selling our products and services to individual consumers over the phone. Consultants will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone. It is critical that they have a true desire to assist customers with their preparedness needs and develop long term plans.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:
- Sell products and services to individual consumers over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with customers over the phone, using persuasive communication and active listening skills
- Identify short and long term customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as bulk sales, video sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Create and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our sales approach is always innovative and effective
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, focusing on meeting customer needs and not just pitching product
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Work with management to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and strategy
- Provide a customer experience that exceeds expectations while meeting goals of both the customer, department, and the company by selling value and not just giving away margin
Other:
- Perform other duties as assigned, including support for management, as requested.

Expectations and KPIs:
- Preparedness Advisors are a reflection of 4Patriots and their activity while on the phone or sending emails must present 4Patriots in a positive and professional light
- A team first mentality must be demonstrated when interacting with teams in the front end with We Not I thinking to get the deal done
- Minimum expected calls per day to exceed 60
- Minimum expected individual monthly sales to exceed $30,000
- Monthly QA to exceed 90%
- Email to Call ratio to exceed 95%
- Have a Search and Rescue mentality where skills and focus are both aimed at the success of the team and improving the company and department as a whole

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in phone sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Experience selling over the phone
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers over the phone and maintain them over time
- Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be reliable and willing to work closely with the team to achieve departmental KPIs. This includes being coachable and executing coachings appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Work Environment And Travel Requirements:
Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment.
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
