Job Description

As a Return to Title IV Specialist (Corporate-Back Office), your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of all return to Title IV and institutional refund calculations.  In addition, this position requires the timely and accurate reporting of required National Students Loan Data System (NSLDS) data and maintaining up to date information on new regulations pertaining to your job responsibilities. 

  • Processing all calculations for return to Title IV
  • Processing institutional refund calculations
  • Assisting with internal file audits
  • Run reports to ensure work integrity
  • Interact with other departments to assist students
  • Maintain up to date information on new federal regulations in regard to R2T4’s
  • NSLDS reporting and updates
  • CampusVue Export/Import & troubleshooting
  • Tuition Options account reductions for dropped students
  • Other related duties

Pay Range: $21-$25/hr DOE

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of financial aid experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • CampusVue® experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task.
  • Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
