Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 + 10% Commissions on Each Sale  
2nd Year OTE: $130,000-$150,000

[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (sales exp. selling to engineers req.) Description 

Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team and oversee their customer base in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota with most of your business in the Twin Cities and Greater Milwaukee area. You will work with clients to provide high-performance coatings that serve a range of applications including water tanks, treatment plants, and power solutions like transmission towers. They’re growing aggressively and to ensure your success, they have recently hired a technical support and business development manager to ensure you have the right resources. Although this is their first dedicated RSM for this region, they have a well-established customer base that has waited for a local presence to buy from. Their leadership team has the contacts and can secure the meetings, they’ve just been missing that local presence to close the deal. [REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (sales exp. selling to engineers req.) Responsibilities

•    Drive outside sales in assigned territory 
•    Maintain a market presence in key channels 
•    Assist in coordinating field technical services in the territory 
•    Update CRM with contacts, opportunities, and forecasting 
•    Contribute to new product development and marketing strategies 
•    Coordinate and participate in trade shows 
•    Provide feedback to improve customer service and retention 
•    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals 
•    Travel as required for client and project meetings 

[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (sales exp. selling to engineers req.) Qualifications 

•    3+ years of protective coating sales experience required 
•    Strong background selling to engineers required 
•    Willingness/ability to travel around 50% (typically 3 days each week) required 
•    Overnight travel typically one night per week required
