Base Salary: $140,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Annual Bonus Potential 
1st Year OTE: $140,000 // 2nd Year OTE: $165,000+

[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (direct sales & electronic components exp. req.) Description 

Our client in the audible technology industry is looking for a Remote Regional Sales Manager to join their team and oversee their Midwest territory. They are in more of a niche market, they customize a solution that allows for each customer’s product to make a noise (microphones, medical devices, alarms, etc.) For that reason, there is less competition in the marketplace resulting in more long-term, stable business. Whether you have experience selling connectors, capacitors, switches, or other types of passive components, our client is looking for someone who has experience selling to the company that manufactures the final product. So, if your background comes from mostly distribution sales, this would not be a good fit. However, if you have direct sales experience and are well-versed in working with engineering teams during the design phase, this could be an excellent match. There is a tremendous opportunity to grow an existing, solid account base and with uncapped commissions, you will see the value of your efforts. After all, most of their team has been there for over 15 years which is a testament to their environment, flexibility, stability, and financial opportunity. You can feel comfortable making a transition to this company that has been in business for over 40 years and just had its two most successful years. 

Important note: Our client is looking for someone with experience selling electronic components for consumer-oriented products within similar industries. For that reason, automotive, military, and aerospace sales experience would not be a good fit.

[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (direct sales & electronic components exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Maintain and expand customer base 
•    Manage and drive the sales cycle 
•    Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals 
•    Manage the performance and development of manufacturing reps 
•    Visit customer sites to build and nurture relationships 
•    Prepare reports, budgets, profit analyses, and sales projections 
•    Identify industry competitors and market conditions 
•    Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs 

[REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (direct sales & electronic components exp. req.) Qualifications 

•    Current experience selling passive electronic components required 
•    Direct sales experience selling to OEMs across multiple US states required 
•    Background doing design work with engineers on products required
•    Willingness and ability to travel ~25% including some overnights required    
•    Experience selling to medical, consumer, industrial, security, or agriculture companies required
