What You’ll Do:

• Engage with individuals and families remotely to discuss their insurance needs.
• Provide expert guidance through the enrollment process, offering advice and support.
• Answer client inquiries and resolve any concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Customer Service or Sales Experience: Prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and remote communication tools.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to changing priorities.
• Self-Motivated: Reliable, driven, and ready to excel in a remote setting.
• Tech Setup: Must have a Windows laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera.
