In this role, you will engage with outstanding talent, helping us to attract, hire, and retain the ideal individuals who will propel our business forward. You will take charge of creating and executing sourcing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and recruitment requirements. You will utilize your knowledge to discover and connect with candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.

This position plays a vital role in the company's success by guaranteeing that vacancies are filled with qualified candidates who share FusionTek's values and objectives. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining a uniform recruitment process, and actively managing a strong pipeline of candidates.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates to fill open roles effectively and efficiently. 
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. 
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle. 
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. 
  • Coordinating and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking opportunities.
  • Creating recruitment-oriented posts for social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to advertise our job vacancies while maintaining consistency with our branding.
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, and legal requirements. 
  • Providing regular reports and insights on key recruitment metrics to management. 

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s in related field preferred. 

Other Skills & Abilities
