Job Title: Remote Paid Media Manager (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500 - 3,800 USD/month via wire transfer Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST (flexible) Our Client: Our client specializes in creating personalized jewelry that features the moon phase from a date significant to the wearer, such as a birth, anniversary, or other memorable occasion. Each piece incorporates a high-resolution image of the moon's phase from the chosen date, allowing individuals to carry a tangible reminder of their special moments. Their collection includes necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings, each customizable with the moon phase from a date of the customer's choice. - Develop, plan, and execute media buying strategies to achieve specific business goals (e.g., sales, lead generation, brand awareness).
- Research and identify the most effective platforms for Moonglow’s target audience, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising channels.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPC.
- Identify and refine audience segments aligned with Moonglow’s customer base, such as astrology enthusiasts, milestone gift buyers, and sentimental jewelry shoppers.
- Leverage customer insights and data to create hyper-targeted campaigns that maximize engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the creative team to provide input on ad copy, visuals, and overall campaign messaging to align with Moonglow’s brand voice and values.
- Suggest creative testing opportunities to identify high-performing formats and messaging.
- Efficiently allocate budgets across platforms and campaigns to maximize effectiveness while staying within financial constraints.
- Monitor and manage ad spend, ensuring campaigns remain on track without exceeding budget limits.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiment with new strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and advertising best practices to ensure Moonglow remains competitive.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for growth through innovative strategies and media channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align media buying strategies with overall business objectives.
- Present campaign results, insights, and future recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform guidelines and legal requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign delivery or performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in media buying, particularly on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- Certifications: Certifications in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in managing campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other media buying tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in optimizing campaigns for key metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Creativity:
- Ability to collaborate on ad copy and creative concepts that resonate with Moonglow’s audience.
